All customers of Anil Thomas NLP are allowed a full refund of the amount paid towards any course before course commencement date. Customers can cancel their subscription to any course before it has occurred, and request a full refund.

For customers seeking a return on fees after or during the course, the company (Anil Thomas NLP) has full right to decide how much, if any, refund can be granted and in how much time.

Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in the customers bank account and the customer will be notified once the transaction is initiated.
